Due to the inclement weather from the tropical storm, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band have rescheduled their performance in Virginia Beach from tonight (September 3) to this Monday, September 5. Of course, tickets with the date of September 3 will still work for the new September 5 date, no exchange is necessary.
