On June 23rd, we had the honor of talking with the Pittsburgh legend Joe Grushecky! We talked about his admirable work as a teacher, his upcoming shows, his upcoming releases, and of course we had some Bruce questions for him as well! This really turned out to be a great interview. We also talked a little bit about Joe's son, Johnny Grushecky, and his band Milly. They also have a new album coming out soon which is just waiting to be mastered. You can check out the video that Joe talked about in the interview below! There is also another video of "On The Wall" which Joe talked about extensively as his own version of "The Wall" by Bruce Springsteen. They are different songs but come from the origin of the idea that Joe originally had. Very cool and similar story he tells in the interview as well as the video.
I do have the tendency to talk quickly, so I apologize to anyone who listens and finds it hard to understand. I think most will understand pretty well since the quality came out pretty good. Thanks again to Joe, we appreciate your time!
