E Street Band member Michelle Moore will also be in attendance. A portion of the proceeds benefit "Little Kids Rock" which is a national nonprofit that transforms children's lives by restoring and revitalizing music education in disadvantaged public schools. It is also Clarence Clemons day on Saturday so it will for sure be a fun night in Asbury Park, NJ.
